Logical Servicesisa wellestablished and leading edge electronic security installation company actively seeking a talented and experienced Service Manager to assist other team member in the coordination and delivery of reactive maintenance, preventative maintenance, and liaising with our projects team for labour resource scheduling and our technical team for fault diagnosis and repair support.

The role includes liaising with clients and vendors via phone calls and web portals, with in-house colleagues for each client request, and assisting in maximizing our resources, efficiency, quality, client paperwork, and general works delivery coordination.

This role would ideally suit an existing Operations or Service Manager, or an experienced technology related field person with good organisational skills who is looking to move “off the tools” and into a full time office-based management environment. Candidates without a previous experienced background in the installation of electrical or electronic equipment, but whom are highly organised and can multi-task should also apply.

This is a full time, in office role including Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage service team operations,



and coordinate resources with other staff.
- Answer incoming customer calls for works requests and queries.
- Check and complete technician service work documents,including customer web portals using our existing templates and software applications.
- Monitor and organise service request works and progress.
- Communicate professionally with clients, and proactively with all involved internal office colleagues to identify problems, create solutions, and suggest efficiency improvements.
- Assist in improvements with workflow systems and workflow management.
- Update existing documents, procedures, and registers as required.
- Provide basic triage for customers, organise responses, and coordinate the appropriate internal resources for each task.
