The role

This is a hands-on change role focussed on the people side of change management, (12 months fixed term) to support the myFRV program, a new HRIS by delivering effective change management and engagement strategies through the application of FRV's Change Management Framework. This role has a strong focus on producing internal communication artefacts to support engagement across the organisation. The role reports to the Senior Change Manager and collaborates closely with team members within the Program to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies, while facilitating stakeholder engagement and managing change impact across the Program.

Functional Accountabilities

Demonstrating solid understanding of working with AGILE principles to support the Change Manager with analysis and planning of change initiatives across the myFRV Program

Engage and build trusted relationships with stakeholders to understand and manage their needs and challenges, assessing the impact of changes and supporting their readiness to adopt new processes and technologies

Develop and support the implementation of change communication plans, including creating and maintaining relevant online and in person communication artefacts, support material, and communication strategies for impacted stakeholder groups

Support the program with the development of training materials, online and in person and develop support resources to facilitate effective adoption of change initiatives.

The Team

The Corporate Services Directorate provides advice, planning and support in the areas of Finance, Information Technology, Fleet, Property and Records Management. In addition, the directorate also provides oversight of the FRV commercial arm,



Fire and Equipment Services (FES). The directorate is a key enabler for the operational and corporate units of the business to deliver on organisational objectives.

What you will need to Succeed

To be successful in this position, you will have:

A relevant tertiary qualification in organisational change, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in change management.

Introductory or intermediate-level certification in Change Management, such as: ACMP-CMP, Prosci, or similar (desirable).

Proven experience supporting organisational change initiatives as part of a project team, contributing to successful change outcomes





Experience working on change projects related to technology solutions, process improvements, or cultural adjustments

Proven experience in change communication, strong written and online communication skills for various stakeholder groups impacted by the change

Effective stakeholder engagement skills, with experience assisting in the establishment and maintenance of relationships with stakeholders across various organisational levels.
