Redgate is seeking a senior engineer to shape the architecture of Redgate Monitor and mentor a mid-to-senior team. You will drive the technical roadmap and oversee complex projects from idea to delivery, balancing strategic improvements with reliable software delivery.

You will collaborate with a diverse team including a Tech Lead, Lead Software Engineer, Product Designer, Product Manager, and 4–5 software engineers. Solid communication and independent initiative are essential.
