This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a high performing team and work on a significant, high profile class action matter. You will be involved in all aspects of large scale litigation, working closely with experienced Partners, Counsel and experts on complex and strategically key disputes.
The role offers exposure to sophisticated litigation work, including managing large discovery exercises, briefing barristers and experts, drafting key court documents, preparing evidence, and assisting with the day to day management of substantial proceedings. With a strong and ongoing pipeline of work, this opportunity provides the chance to develop deep expertise in class actions and complex litigation while working on matters that attract significant attention and make a genuine impact.

About You
You are an experienced litigator with a strong technical foundation and a genuine interest in complex disputes. Whether your background is in commercial litigation, insurance litigation, regulatory investigations or another litigation focused practice area,
you are looking to take the next step in your career and gain exposure to large scale class action work.
We are interested in candidates who bring:
- Approximately 4+ years' post admission experience in litigation, dispute resolution or class action.
- Strong drafting, analytical and matter management skills.
- Experience managing complex legal matters and large volumes of documentation.
- The confidence to work collaboratively with clients, counsel, experts and senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach and a willingness to take ownership of matters.
Previous medical negligence experience is not required. We welcome candidates with a strong litigation background who are interested in class actions and looking to build their expertise in this evolving and rewarding area of practice.
