Area Hotel is hiring a Full Time Venue Manager role in Griffith, NSW.

Expected salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year

As the Licensee, you will be responsible for leading and developing the team at the Area Hotel to deliver a friendly customer experience to a mixture of locals and visitors to the town.





The role will be responsible for managing all aspects of the operations, including the bar, gaming, restaurant, events and live entertainment. We are looking for an experienced licensee or venue manager who is committed to taking ownership of the team and venue with a focus on connecting with the community.

Who You Are

You will be an experienced leader who is passionate about operating in a rapid-paced environment with a great team.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have at least 2 years' experience as a licensee or venue manager or similar role in hotels.

Holds a current NSW RSA, RCG & Advanced RCG

Preferred but not required Approved Manager Number

Proven experience in driving a high-performing culture, with a focus on providing exceptional service.

Be passionate about leading and developing a team.

Be a strong, commercially minded hospitality leader

What We Offer
