National Client Services Manager - Disability, NDIS, SIL - $120K package
National, established and trusted provider of complex support services and SIL is searching for an outstanding leader to manage the National Client Services team which includes Rostering, Program Managers and SIL Managers.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and support a national team of program managers, and rostering staff to achieve best practice and high standards of service delivery.
Oversee and manage all Service Model activities (assessment, review, evaluation) and rostering activities across the organisation
Oversee and manage all AAC Service Model activities (assessment, review, evaluation)
Work with the National SIL Manager to ensure departments work well and support each other
Provide high-level guidance and support to resolve conflicts, unplanned absences, and scheduling issues
Collaborate with HR, program managers, and management for workforce planning and strategic alignment
Recruitment, Induction and Learning & Development and Training of your team
Foster continuous improvement in rostering systems and service delivery
Budget Management
Work effectively with the Senior Management Team to achieve strategic and operational goals
Compliance and reporting
Your Experience and Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in the field of nursing, social sciences, or other relevant qualification.
Minimum of 7 years prior experience in the complex disability / SIL community care sector
Experience delivering training and supervising employees
Ability to solve complex issues
Able to work under pressure
Current NDIS Workers Check as this is a risk assessed role
Previous experience in a Regional Manager or Client Services Manager role overseeing Program Managers and rostering teams
