Key responsibilities include:

- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from crafting compelling job campaigns and strategic sourcing to managing offers and welcoming new hires.
- Build and nurture high-quality talent communities across our ATS (Rippling), Seek, and LinkedIn to ensure a steady pipeline for our expanding showrooms.
- Manage the interview framework, conducting thorough initial screenings and interviews to evaluate competency, drive, and cultural alignment.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Showroom Managers, deeply understanding their hiring needs and delivering a seamless, efficient recruitment experience.
- Maintain a high standard of data accuracy within our ATS, ensuring candidate records, interview notes, and background checks are kept up-to-date in real‑time.
- Design and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience, ensuring new hires are equipped with the resources and support needed to thrive from day one.

What we are seeking:

- Proven experience as a TA Coordinator looking to step up,



or already operating as a Junior TA Specialist within a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience managing or assisting with end‑to‑end recruitment, with a strong knack for writing engaging job copy that highlights brand values.
- Proficiency with ATS or HRIS platforms (experience with Rippling is a bonus) and excellent calendar management skills across multiple stakeholders.
- A confident communicator with natural relationship‑building skills who prides themselves on delivering a premium candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to changing demands in a rapidly growing business.
