The Role & Who We Are Looking For

PFX Group is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support Officer to join their energetic national sales team to provide everyday sales support to primarily our VIC sales team.

Based at our Broadmeadows Plant, the ideal candidate will havestrong administration and communication skills (across multi-platforms), great attention to detailandenthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a sales support or executive administration position is highly ideal.

Your Duties include, but not limited to:

- Supporting the sales team on a one-to-one basis but also communicating on a wider basis with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist managing correspondence and email overflow




- Provide account management support through emails and phone calls
- Assist with special projects as directed
- Provide adhoc support for maintaining administration for Major Accounts

Ideally you will have:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as Sales Support or Administration Assistant.
- A professional well-presented and highly organised individual.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), experience within D365 environment is an advantage.
- A proactive, dependable and solutions focused approach
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
