Mass Resources is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruitment Coordinator to join our Blackburn South office.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in recruitment and labour hire. No previous recruitment or administration experience is required - we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine willingness to learn. Full on-the-job training will be provided.
Our Blackburn South recruitment office has been operating for over 10 years and has become a trusted part of the local community, proudly supporting warehouse and logistics businesses across Victoria with quality labour hire solutions.

Role Type: Full time
Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Hours Per Week: 38 hours with some overtime as required
Days: Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $32.89 per hour, $65,000 per annum + super. Potential bonus structure/performance incentives (if applicable).
Location: Blackburn South, VIC
Key Responsibilities
- Daily allocation of casual workers to ad hoc client shifts
- Providing professional daily communication with clients and our workforce via phone, email and SMS
- Managing responsibility for the main office phone line
- Conducting candidate interviews, registrations and onboarding
- Using the Bullhorn recruitment management system to manage candidate records and bookings
- Managing and monitoring worker compliance, licences and role-specific training requirements
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and employees
- Assisting in the development of partnerships with local sporting clubs and community organisations
- Preparing and reporting workforce statistics during weekly office meetings, including workers on shift, absenteeism, client feedback and other operational metrics
- Participating in an after-hours roster by taking the 24/7 work phone home approximately three nights per week (roster to be confirmed)
- Providing general administration and office support
- Working closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and to a high standard
