Team Global Express is seeking asafety-focused and reliable HC Truck Driverto join our Townsville team. This is apermanent full-time opportunityservicing local customers across the region while working with a supportive team that values safety, teamwork and customer service.

About the Role

Based inTownsville, QLD, you'll be responsible for completinglocal pick-ups and deliveriesusing atautliner vehicle. You'll workMonday to Fridaywithstart times between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM, depending on operational requirements, with overtime available as required by the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate an HC tautliner vehicle to complete local deliveries and pick-ups.
- Load, unload and secure freight in accordance with company procedures.
- Apply correctload restraint techniques, including the safe use of straps andchain restraints.
- Conduct daily vehicle pre-start inspections and report any defects.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Team Global Express professionally.
- Complete all delivery documentation accurately and on time.
- Follow all Team Global Express safety procedures and policies.
- Report hazards, near misses and incidents promptly.
- Work collaboratively with depot operations and fellow team members.

What You'll Bring

- Previous experience operatingtautliner vehicles.
- Strong understanding ofLoad Restraint (LR)requirements and the safe use of straps and chains.




- Sound knowledge ofChain of Responsibility (CoR)legislation.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required by the business.
