Flinders Christian Community College is a co-educational, non–denominational College with campuses located at Tyabb, Carrum Downs, and Mt. Martha offering education from K – 12.
The Waymaker Program opened its doors in January 2025 to provide high-quality education for students who cannot attend normal school due to anxiety,
depression or PTSD. The Centre is located on the Carrum Downs Campus and is intended to provide a differentiated learning program in a counter-stress environment better suited to the needs and routines of these students than a mainstream setting. We seek to see these students grow and thrive in their social connectedness, wellbeing and learning, through belonging, believing and becoming in a way that equips them to live a full and purposeful life.
This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young people within a supportive and purpose-driven workplace.
For further information about this role, please contact Johanna Zonneveldt, Waymaker Director on 9785 0000.
