We are seeking an experienced Project Finance Administrator to join our Project Finance Services team, based in our brand-current Brisbane CBD office.

Reporting to the Project Finance Services Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the daily financial and administrative activities across the Purchase to Pay (P2P) process.

This role plays a key part in ensuring appropriate governance over project financial processes, maintaining compliance, and delivering accurate and timely financial support to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end P2P activities including purchase orders, receipting and invoice exception handling.
- Process compliant purchase orders and change requests in SAP S/4HANA within prescribed timeframes.
- Complete ticket resolution requests via Freshworks and manage workflows efficiently.
- Assist with month‑end processes including accruals, reconciliations and project reporting.
- Maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

- Proven experience in high-volume P2P, accounts or project finance administration, ideally within construction.
- Strong ERP system knowledge (SAP highly regarded) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume data entry and meet strict deadlines.
- Analytical, proactive and confident engaging stakeholders at all levels.
