About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Leading Educator to guide and support a team of educators, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS. The position is full‑time on a rotating weekly roster.

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor educators to deliver engaging child‑led programs
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the wider team




- Ensure compliance and quality standards are maintained

What We’re Looking For

- Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Demonstrated leadership experience in an early learning setting
- Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
