Physionoosa in Nambour is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead a busy allied health clinic. You’ll drive day‑to‑day operations, oversee a high‑volume front desk and partner with the Practice Leader to ensure smooth running and patient flow.

You’ll manage a team of 4 admin staff, handle billing (HICAPS, Medicare/DVA, WorkCover, third party), rostering and onboarding, and monitor KPIs to boost clinic performance.
