About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in North Sydney. This permanent, full-time position plays a critical role in supporting the growth of our allied health workforce across multiple disciplines.

This role is best suited to a recruiter with proven experience recruiting within the allied health sector , who understands the nuances of sourcing Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Physiotherapists and other community-based clinicians.

You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract high‑calibre clinicians in a competitive market while enhancing our recruitment processes and employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies specifically for allied health roles
- Manage the full end‑to‑end recruitment process including job briefs, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning, utilisation targets and clinical capability requirements
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, industry networks, universities and professional associations




- Conduct structured behavioural interviews and candidate assessments
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking and talent mapping within the allied health landscape
- Maintain accurate and compliant records within the applicant tracking system
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the organisation as an employer of choice within allied health

Essential Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- 3–5+ years’ recruitment experience, with demonstrated experience recruiting within allied health (essential)
- Strong understanding of the allied health market, workforce challenges and professional registration requirements (e.g. AHPRA, NDIS, etc.)
- Proven experience managing multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong sourcing capability and ability to headhunt passive clinical talent
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
