Responsibilities Include

- Plan, coordinate and prepare project deliverables required to initiate, develop, and execute assigned projects.
- Supply leadership and manage projects to meet performance and project requirements.
- Ensure project financial status is regularly reviewed and updated.
- Ensure a high quality of work and compliance to OHS&E; standards.
- Effectively manage customer/contractor relationships.
- Identify opportunities, improvements and solutions that will enable you to plan and drive continuous initiatives for organizational improvement.
- Demonstrate elevated levels of disciplined, professionalism, ethics,



and accuracy in delivery of works under limited timeframe pressures.

What Are We Looking For

- A Trade Certificate in Electrical / HVAC or an Engineering Qualification with BMS or HVAC Experience
- Be able to adapt, develop through digital transformation.
- A strong background in Building Automation Systems and their overall design intent, controller product design and alternative solutions.
- Effective handling of project reviews and handling by conducting FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
- Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio. BIM and AutoCAD skills would be an advantage to the applicant.
- Standardizing of the deliverables including software, points list, documentation etc.
- Keep up to date with the technical aspects of the job and be willing to undertake training from time to time as needed.
