The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager who enjoys being out on site, leading teams and building strong client relationships. In this site-based role, you will work closely with our Site Supervisors, a team of skilled trades and graduate engineers to safely deliver projects from commencement through to completion.

Reporting to the Civil Construction Division Manager, you'll have the autonomy to manage your own projects while being supported by an experienced leadership team.

The focus of this position is to work on a variety of projects including industrial concrete foundations and structures, earthworks, and bulk excavation, environmental and remediation works, civil infrastructure within live operating facilities, tank foundations and bund upgrades.

Key Responsibilities





- Collaborate with Clients/Project Managers/Operators to achieve project objectives and ensure a quality experience for the QEST the customer.
- Deliver projects in accordance with contractual obligations and company policy and compliance requirements.
- Reporting of project status and forecasting
- Manage the financials and deliver the Project on budget.
- Build strong and ongoing working relationships with clients and key stakeholders – recent and potential.
- Mentor Graduate Engineers and support the development of site teams.
- Ensure adherence to all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in earthworks, drainage, concrete and industrial civil works.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to manage project budgets.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach.
- Commitment to safety, quality and compliance.
- Current White Card and driver's licence.
- Experience working within live industrial facilities, manufacturing plants or Tier 1 environments will be highly regarded.
- Australian residency with full working rights
