What you’ll do:

- Assist with marketing support activities such as populating briefs, presentations, and assisting with strategy and segmentation
- Manage email correspondence, EDM campaigns, social media content, and website updates
- Support event and trade show coordination, including generating video and photo content
- Collaborate with external agencies and draft internal and external communications
- Provide sales support by managing signage, updating presentations,



and responding to inbound leads
- Support CRM activities, including lead management and report generation
- Aid administrative tasks such as ordering merchandise and organising internal company activities

What we’re looking for:

- A relevant degree in Marketing, Management, Communications, Media, or Business
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Previous experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) is desirable
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Campaign Monitor or Mailchimp (highly desirable)
- Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar (desirable)
- Strong communication skills, organisation, and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team
- A professional personal presentation and a customer service orientation
