We are seeking a passionate and experienced DemiChef de Partie to enhance our creative culinary team and curate memorable gastronomic experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with senior chefs while guiding and training junior chefs.
- Assist in food preparation, adhering to our ethos of minimal to zero food wastage.
- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, contributing creative ideas.
- Maintain high-quality standards during busy service.
- Foster positive relationships between back of house and front of house.
- Uphold HACCP standards and impeccable hygiene practices.
- Accommodate “off the menu” guest requests with flexible alternatives.




- Stay updated with menu developments and production techniques.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within a bustling kitchen.
- Passion for creating high-quality dishes that delight guests.
- Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- High standards of hygiene, grooming, and presentation.
- Flexible work ethic to cover a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
