We at Coforge are hiring for Senior ServiceNow Consultant for multiple locations in Australia
The Position
The Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant will design and deliver best practice ServiceNow solutions. The Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant will report directly to one of the Solutions Architect of Coforge. The position will be focused primarily on the design and delivery components of engagements, however input into pre-sales activities will also be required. Whilst primarily based in Sydney.
Experience
- Significant experience in ServiceNow administration and development capacities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros and cons, and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders I solving business process and/or technical problems.
- Ability to deliver effectively and efficiently by working autonomously as well as within a team.
- ServiceNow pre-sales skills are desirable.
- Demonstratable history of delivering robust best-practice based ServiceNow implementation.
- Expertise in ServiceNow automation integrations and setup through ServiceNow Orchestration and Web Services.
- Proven experience of working in cross-functional Agile team.
Duties
- Own the delivery of robust ServiceNow based solutions, with focus on quality and the successful outcomes of your customers.
- Help guide customer engagements from scoping, through design/development, to delivery.
- Assist, when required, with pre-sales and brand promotion activities.
- Participate in ServiceNow and customer events that Coforge attends.
- Join company social events and gatherings.
Qualifications
- University degree desirable but not mandatory.
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications are desirable
