Corcoran Parker is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Livestock Sales Administration Officer to support the continued growth of our livestock business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced agricultural environment and is passionate about delivering accurate, efficient, and professional administrative support to our livestock team and clients.

Working closely with our livestock agents and administration team, you will play a vital role in the processing of livestock transactions, client invoicing, RFID management, and saleyard administration.

About the Role

- Supporting the continued growth and success of the Corcoran Parker livestock business.
- Processing livestock purchases conducted through other livestock agencies.
- Ensuring accurate allocation and management of livestock RFID numbers for Corcoran Parker clients.
- Preparing and processing client invoices relating to livestock purchases.
- Processing livestock sales through the Corowa and Wangaratta saleyards.
- Preparing and allocating monthly agistment and lease invoices.
- Supporting the development and improvement of systems and processes within your areas of responsibility.




- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance business efficiency and service delivery.
- Providing administrative support to other departments as required.

About You

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Sound computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience in agriculture, livestock, saleyards, administration, accounting, or bookkeeping would be highly regarded but is not essential.
