You will regularly consult with residents on lifestyle choices, evaluate program effectiveness, and update as required, while informing the Team Leader of any changes.
The role covers activities across all programs offered, including special needs, high care, day club and respite care, with emphasis on enhancing residents' quality of life and independence.
