The Opportunity

Based in Mulgrave (office), Victoria, this position involves generating new sales across the industrial and manufacturing sectors by working with clients in a consultative manner.

In this role, you will





- Develop your knowledge base of our products and services to hold technical discussions with clients regarding how our technologies will improve and benefit their business.
- Develop and execute market-specific business development plans.
- Work diligently to meet and exceed your sales targets.
- Undertake some interstate travel as required for training.

About You

To succeed in our business, you will be from a technical background and be creative, energetic, and enthusiastic. You must have a strong passion and demonstrated experience within generating current sales and developing key client relationships.

Key Qualifications and Skills

- A current technical sales or consultative background.
- A relevant trade or engineering degree (Electrical, HVAC, Electronics, Mechanical, etc.).
- At least 3 years of experience in Industrial automation applications and sales.
- An understanding of mechanical systems and/or automation, backed by an Engineering or Technical background.
- A passion for success and a strong focus on providing outstanding customer service to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, an outgoing nature, and experience in working at different levels of organizations with key stakeholders.
