Nagambie HealthCare offers aged care and community care services. We are expanding our services and are looking to employ additional team members.

As a member of our nursing/care team you will be joining a committed and enthusiastic workforce who all take pride in the high standard of person-centered care delivered to residents.

You will be well supported in your role and will have the opportunity to work in an environment with healthy staffing levels and options for working across the spectrum of services provided by Nagambie HealthCare.

Minimum 3 Years Experience in Aged Care

Demonstrated leadership skills

Strong emotional intelligence and empathy

Knowledge of aged care accreditation standards

Excellent clinical assessment skills and accurate documentation practices

Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise effectively

Able to work independently as well as part of a team
