Ray White Southbank is seeking a Casual Saturday Open Home Host to join our busy team in Southbank, VIC 3006. This is a casual position offering flexible weekend work, perfect for those looking to build experience in real estate or a seasoned Estate Agent. As an Open Home Host, you will be the first point of contact for prospective renters, creating positive impressions and facilitating rental viewings. Your role is essential in showcasing our properties and creating a memorable experience for attendees.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome prospective renters to open inspections with a qualified and friendly demeanor
- Provide property information and answer general questions about the home and local area
- Direct interested parties on how to apply
- Maintain accurate visitor records and collect contact details and feedback as per agency procedures
- Lock and secure the property at the end of each open home session
- Follow Ray White Southbank protocols, legislation and brand standards at all times
- Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people
- Excellent presentation and professional appearance standards
- Reliability and punctuality, particularly for weekend commitments
- Ability to remain calm, courteous and helpful under pressure
- Basic IT literacy and comfort with data entry and visitor management systems
- Flexibility to work Saturdays
- Must Have: Agents Rep, Reliable Vehicle and Drivers Licence
