GCTC are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Officer to join our team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy solving problems and have experience with general property maintenance, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general building and property maintenance.
- Carry out repairs including basic carpentry and painting.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with workplace health and safety standards.
About You
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience.
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Robust attention to detail.
- Relevant experience is an advantage but not essential.
