- Develop, implement and maintain a compliance audit framework covering federal and state legislation, enterprise agreements and modern awards
- Lead Linde ER / IR strategy across Australia providing expert guidance on people risk, industrial matters and organisational change
- Lead national enterprise agreement negotiations and provide coaching to HRBPs and line management for site-based enterprises agreements
- Provide strategic IR advice to leaders and HR Business Partners for EAs, investigations and IR issues
- Build ER capability across the organisation, developing leaders and HRBPs through coaching, training and guidance on ER / IR fundamentals and workplace governance
- Maintain compliant contract templates and provide contract advice
- Lead and/or oversee workplace investigations, including integrity matters
- Review, develop and update policies

What makes you great

- IR experience in a Manufacturing organisation \ blue collar workforce
- Bachelor's qualification in IR, HR and \ employment law
- Significant knowledge of employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act, Modern Awards and other State and Federal laws
- Practical and hands on experience in EA negotiation and implementation
- Change leadership and transformation experience.
- You are a seasoned ER / IR leader withexperience operating in multi-site environments, with strong commercialjudgement, capable of influencing at leaders
