We are seeking an experiencedFactory Supervisorto lead our production team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our factory. About the Role

As the Factory Supervisor, you will oversee factory operations, manage production staff, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You will work closely with management to coordinate workflow, maintain production schedules, and uphold

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and motivate the factory team.

Coordinate daily production schedules and workflow.

Maintain high standards of quality control across all projects.

Read, interpret, and communicate joinery shop drawings accurately.

Ensure projects are manufactured to specification and delivered on time.





Monitor productivity and implement continuous process improvements.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organised factory environment.

Mentor apprentices and support the development of team members.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or Leading Hand within the joinery industry.

Extensive experience in high-end residential joinery (essential).

Strong ability to read and interpret joinery shop drawings.

A proactive, hands-on leadership style with excellent problem-solving skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

The ability to lead by example and foster a positive team culture.
