A hkgroup is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Liverpool, Merseyside. What you'll do

- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate regular project meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.




- Prepare and present project reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best possible terms for the organization.
- Utilize project management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance team collaboration.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a related industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong analytical and problem-solveing skills,



with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively.
- A relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
