About the Role

As a Patient Support Coordinator, you’ll be at the centre of patient communication - responding to enquiries and offering guidance via email, SMS, live chat, and phone. This role suits someone empathetic, detail-oriented, and skilled at problem-solving.

This is a full-time position located in Sydney CBD.

Please note: At this time, we are unable to support remote work or candidates on Working Holiday Visas.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to patient queries across multiple channels (email, SMS, live chat, and phone).

Provide accurate, clear,



and timely information.

Collaborate with our clinical team to resolve issues.

Advocate for patient needs in line with Telebuds’ values.

Deliver a seamless, 5-star patient experience through clear communication and realistic expectation-setting.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in customer support or similar roles.

Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

A patient, positive, and empathetic approach.

(Preferred) Experience in mental health or healthcare, with an understanding of the sensitivities involved.
