Job Description
- Manage construction projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards on-site and address any issues promptly.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams to achieve desired outcomes.
