EXPERIENCED BUTCHERS - FOOD PRODUCTION - MILPERRA ) Milperra, Sydney, Australia

Labourpower is currently recruiting for 5 EXPERIENCE PRODUCTION BUTCHERS to join a leading specialitymeats manufacturer in Milperra.

Our client is a leader in the speciality small goods industry and is building their teams to meet demand. They are seeking reliable and experienced butchers who are looking for a long-term employment and career opportunities.

Hours : Monday to Friday 6:00am-4:00pm

To be successful for this role you will need:

- Bandsaw operation and advanced butchery duties
- Deboning, trimming and knife work
- Meat processing experience including mincing, mixing and weighing.
- Excellent employment history within the industry
- Strong understanding of HACCP, Food Safety and Hygiene guidelines
- Strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety




- Experience working in temperature-controlled environments
- Stock receipt and dispatch

While the above skills and experience are extremely important, our client is also looking for staff who possess the below:
