The Role:

As the WSI Airport Warehouse Manager , you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and overall effective performance of the warehouse. Working as part of a broader management team, you will ensure that overall performance targets are achieved in relation to profit contribution, quality, and landlord expectations.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead and manage all warehouse operations, inventory control, stock movements, and replenishment activities.
- Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse and store support teams.
- Manage rostering, payroll administration, leave approvals, recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
- Monitor operational costs, labour budgets, and profitability targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety, HR, company policies, and loss prevention procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, reporting, invoicing, and stocktake processes.
- Support merchandising standards, promotional activities, and product availability.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive a safe, productive, and positive workplace culture.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in inventory management leadership roles.
- Strong people management and team development skills.
- Experience in KPI and performance management.
- Logistics and supply chain knowledge.
- Strong understanding of stock control systems, inventory management, and reporting.




- High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and customer service excellence.
- Valid ASIC/AVSEC pass (or eligibility to obtain and maintain).
- Availability for open/close, weekends, and public holidays is expected.
