Our client is looking for a Junior Commercial Property Manager to join there growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 60 commercial properties with approximately 100 tenants
- Have a portfolio mix consisting of about 30% industrial, 40% retail and 30% office properties
- Maintain a high quality of service to owners and tenants
- Liaise with owners, tenants, contractors, and internal trust accountants
- Maintain properties in accordance with owner's instructions and safety requirements
- Ensure all repairs and capital works are completed in timely fashion
- Complete rent reviews
- Extend leases when they expire
- Complete property condition reports
- Arrange make goods with tenants
Ideal Candidate:
- Property management experience
- Knowledge of the local property market
- A current real estate license and drivers license
- Cirrus8 experience is desirable
- Highly organised
- Minimum 2 years of experience
