About the Role

As our Junior Make Safe Administrator, you will support the day-to-day administration of insurance restoration claims from initial job allocation through to completion. You'll work closely with our project managers, technicians, clients, and private customers to ensure every claim is managed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the administration of make safe claims from lodgement to completion.

- Communicate with customers, insurers, assessors, and internal staff.

- Schedule inspections, technicians, and restoration works.

- Prepare, update, and maintain claim files and documentation.

- Enter and manage information within company databases and insurance portals.

- Monitor job progress and follow up on outstanding documentation.





- Provide outstanding customer service to clients during what can often be a stressful time.

- General administrative duties to support the operations team.

- Experience working in insurance, construction, restoration, or trade services.

- Knowledge of make safe claims processes.
