Working within a collaborative and supportive finance team, you'll gain experience across Accounts Payable and Credit Control , supporting a complex business while building strong foundations in transactional accounting.
The Role As a Graduate Accounts Officer, you'll receive full training while taking ownership of a variety of finance responsibilities, including:
- Processing high-volume supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Matching purchase orders, invoices and receipts
- Preparing payment runs and reconciling supplier statements
- Managing supplier queries and maintaining positive relationships
- Following up outstanding customer accounts via phone and email
- Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts
- Assisting with account investigations and resolving discrepancies
- Supporting month-end processes and reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations

You'll ideally have
- A recent degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline or experience in an admin role processing invoices etc
- Strong communication skills and a professional approach
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- The ability to work well within a collaborative team environment
- Previous administration, customer service or finance experience (desirable but not essential)
