We’re expanding and seeking a skilled Network Engineer with strong experience in network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and IT infrastructure.

Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of network devices (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, access points). Support the setup, installation, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure including Windows servers, Windows Workstations, Linux Server, Linux workstations.

Perform Active Directory administration tasks.

Application Support like Solarwinds, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Veeam Backup, SFTP servers etc.

Document IT procedures, network diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.

Work with senior IT staff to implement security measures and network improvements.

Assist in patch management and regular software/hardware updates.

Remediating the Vulnerability through Patching and implementing Security Policies.

Monitor network performance and escalate issues when necessary.

Incident Management: Log, categorifze, and resolve incidents in a timely manner; escalate as needed to higher-level support teams.

Problem Management:



Assist in identifying root causes of recurring incidents and contribute to implementing long-term solutions.

Service Request Fulfillment: Handle common service requests such as access provisioning, software installations, and equipment setups.

Change Management: Support the execution and documentation of IT changes, ensuring minimal disruption and proper approvals are in place.

Maintain accurate records of incidents, problems, changes, and requests using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).

Create and update standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and network diagrams.

Assist with preparing reports on service metrics and system health. Requirements

Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN). Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, RHEL Linux.

Knowledge of hardware setup and basic troubleshooting techniques.

Ability to follow standard procedures and contribute to documentation.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members. Advantages
