About the role

We are seeking a Labourer to join our Bunbury based team on a casual basis for a short term period of 1 to 2 months. This role is based in Bunbury and surrounds, WA 6230 and supporting our operations across various projects. As a Labourer, you will play an essential part in ensuring our work sites are protected, organised and efficient, directly contributing to the successful delivery of our electrical services.

Key responsibilities

1. Assisting with site preparation and ensuring work areas are clean, safe and well-organised
2. Supporting qualified electricians with material handling and transportation of tools and equipment
3. Performing general labouring tasks as directed by supervisors and senior team members
4. Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations on all work sites
5. Assisting with the setup and breakdown of work equipment and temporary structures
6. Helping to maintain inventory and manage stock of materials and supplies
7. Supporting the team to meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards
8. Following all site-specific safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment

1. Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks for extended periods
2. A robust commitment to health and safety practices on work sites
3. Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced team members
4. Reliability and punctuality.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team in fast-paced environments
6. Basic understanding of safe work practices and site etiquette
7. A valid driver's licence is desirable for this role
8. Previous labouring or trade experience is advantageous but not essential
