You’ll start with extensive training alongside Brian, the business owner.
Once ready, you’ll be provided a fully equipped 'The Lawn Guys' vehicle and mobile phone.
Admin will handle all job scheduling and paperwork.
Work is primarily Monday to Friday (7am - 4pm), with weekend work usually only required if we have lost time due to weather.
The work is physically light but active and satisfying if you enjoy being outdoors.
Bonuses at Christmas and end of financial year for loyal team members.
Sponsorship available for the right candidate with relevant experience.
About You
We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to grow within a supportive, high-standard team. Ideally you’ll have: Experience with physical work or outdoor jobs
Some customer service experience A background working independently or unsupervised A history of reliability (e.g. team sports, leadership, etc.)
