Role: Family / Wills & Estates Lawyer

Location: Booragoon

Flexible: Part-Time or Full-Time

Role Description The work includes:

· Family law matters including parenting, property settlements and divorce.

· Drafting wills, enduring powers of attorney and enduring powers of guardianship.

· Probate and letters of administration.

- demonstrated experience in Family Law, including case management, advocacy, and negotiation skills.

- strong drafting and analytical abilities.

- excellent written and verbal communication skills,



with the ability to explain complex issues clearly to clients.

- proven ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines, with strong organizational and time-management skills.

- client-focused mindset, commitment to ethical practice, and willingness to support business development activities.

Admission as a Lawyer and eligibility to practice in Western Australia is essential.
