SMP Coordinator

required for a local role supporting managers through efficient project delivery, team leadership, and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate SMP projects from planning to completion
- Lead and support site teams and subcontractors
- Manage schedules, resources, and project delivery
- Build client relationships and drive project outcomes

About You

- Full Australian Working Rights
- Trade Qualified (Fabrication/Welding preferred)




- Minimum 3 years' leadership and team management experience
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Committed to maintaining a positive safety culture and team wellbeing
