Lead Clinical Research Coordinator

Evolve Scientific is partnering with a leading clinical research organisation to recruit a Lead Clinical Research Coordinator. This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse or Pharmacist looking to combine hands‑on clinical trial coordination with team leadership and site oversight.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of clinical trials from start-up through to close-out.
- Coordinate participant recruitment, screening, enrolment, and follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate study documentation and data quality.
- Liaise with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and key stakeholders.
- Support site operations, mentor staff, and drive process improvements.

About You

- AHPRA-registered Nurse or Pharmacist.




- Proven experience coordinating clinical trials.
- Robust understanding of GCP and clinical research regulations.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded.
