Administration Officer | Disability Services
Employment Term: Permanent Full Time
Remuneration: $40.49 p/hr + Super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our UnitingCare team
You will contribute to the operational objectives of the Disability Services program by supporting a range of administrative and financial functions, including:
- Providing business support in areas of HR, Fleet Management, Technology, Travel and WH&S; and Reception as required
- Providing administrative assistance in the development and coordination of QCSS programs and service delivery
- Assisting with the implementation of new processes and procedures to support the service/function run more effectively
- Providing assistance in the co‑ordination of site management requirements
- Assisting with organising events, functions, workshops and meetings
- Liaising with external providers and suppliers; stationery, IT, facilities, for proactive practice management
- Undertake other administrative duties, as and when directed within the scope and capabilities of the incumbent.

- Great time‑management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload
- Good knowledge and experience with MS Office, Excel and Database applications
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Certificate IV in Business Administration, Event Management or other relevant qualification or experience (desirable)
- Experience working in a NFP setting (desirable)
