The Role - will include
- Liaising with tenants
- Respond to all phone and email inquiries
- Routine Inspections
- Entry & Exits Condition Reports
- Process tenancy applications & hosting opens
- Admin duties
The Person
The ideal person for the role will be eager to learn and passionate about a long-term career in real estate.
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Junior Property Manager
- If you have managed a small portfolio this will be highly advantageous
- Current Agents Representative Certificate (Certificate IV)
- Valid drivers licence
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organised
- Professional personal presentation
