We partner with clients across infrastructure, transport, utilities and government to solve complex challenges relating to communications and engagement, workforce culture and alignment, organisational change and transformation, stakeholder relationships and project delivery.

We're looking for a Consultant who thrives in complexity, enjoys solving problems, and can work across a range of consulting disciplines including communications, engagement, culture, change and transformation.

About the Role

As a Consultant, you'll work alongside clients to navigate complex projects, organisational challenges and transformation initiatives, helping create alignment and improve delivery outcomes.

You will:

- Deliver work across communications, engagement, culture, change and transformation projects

- Support the mobilisation of programs, projects and teams

- Help establish effective ways of working, governance frameworks and team alignment

- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions and leadership forums

- Build trusted relationships across client, contractor and stakeholder groups

- Develop strategies, plans, communications and other client deliverables

- Bring structure,



momentum and practical solutions to complex challenges

- Contribute to proposals, submissions and business development activities

About You

You may come from consulting, infrastructure, transport, utilities, government, communications, engagement, change or project delivery backgrounds.
