As a Client Services Coordinator at Ahkgroup, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey with us. What you’ll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely responses to ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate and manage client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and relay client feedback, helping to enhance service offerings and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations, showcasing our services and performance metrics.
- Organize and facilitate client meetings, both virtual and in-person, ensuring that all necessary materials and agendas are prepared in advance.
- Monitor service delivery timelines and follow up with clients to ensure that expectations are met and exceeded.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients,
contributing to overall business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of our services and industry trends, ensuring you remain a valuable resource for clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support client engagement initiatives and promotional activities.
- Handle any escalated client issues with professionalism and a focus on resolution, ensuring a positive client experience.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a client services or customer support role, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other client management tools to track interactions and manage client data.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering solutions that enhance client satisfaction.
- Solid attention to detail,
ensuring accuracy in all client communications and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work culture.
