We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Property Sales Consultant to join our growing Melbourne team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding buyers’ needs and guiding customers through the property purchasing journey. You will work with prospective purchasers interested in land, new homes and house-and-land opportunities across Melbourne and surrounding growth areas.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to new enquiries and follow up prospective purchasers by phone, email and in person

Understand each buyer’s budget, preferred location, lifestyle and investment objectives

Present suitable land, residential property and house-and-land opportunities

Conduct customer consultations, project presentations, site visits and display appointments

Maintain accurate customer records and manage the sales pipeline through our CRM

Build long-term relationships with buyers, investors, builders and referral partners

Follow up leads consistently and progress qualified purchasers towards reservation and contract





Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to provide a smooth customer experience

Keep up to date with available stock, pricing, project information and Melbourne growth corridors

Meet agreed sales, activity and customer-service targets

Ensure all information provided to customers is accurate, skilled and compliant

About You

Strong communication, relationship-building and follow-up skills

A genuine interest in property, land development and residential sales

Confident communicating with customers from a wide range of backgrounds

Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working towards sales targets

Professional presentation and a customer-first approach

Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate records

Previous experience in property, real estate, new-home sales or consultative sales is highly regarded
