We’re now seeking a Quality Control and Warranty Coordinator to lead our timber flooring QC and warranty operations - a pivotal role that ensures product integrity, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Overall coordination of Embelton Timber Flooring QC process
- Ensuring QC checks are completed in line with documented procedures
- Creating and maintaining product specifications for imported flooring products
- Conducting warranty inspections across Victoria, and managing claims nationally
- Coordinating warranty repairs and defect work, including commercial projects
- Ensuring installation instructions are accurate and up to date
- Supporting product development from a technical and QC perspective
- Acting as the internal lead for technical product queries and staff training

What we’re looking for:

- Strong interpersonal skills to work with builders, developers, suppliers,



tradespersons, customers, and internal teams
- Ideally, some knowledge of timber flooring products and installation practices
- Computer literacy and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
- Willingness to travel for inspections (primarily within VIC)
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to quality outcomes
