Woods & Co Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a well established business within the building materials industry to recruit a Warehouse Assistant to join theirteam.

As the Warehouse Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day operation of the warehouse. From receiving stock through to preparing customer orders, you'll help deliver the high standard of service the business is known for.

What do you do?

- Receiving incoming stock and checking deliveries against purchase orders
- Picking, packing and labelling customer orders accurately
- Assisting with deliveries to customer and construction sites
- Loading and unloading products using a forklift
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse




- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory management
- Supporting the wider warehouse and timber yard team when required

What do you need?

- Current forklift licence
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Previous warehouse or stores experience
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to perform manual handling duties
- A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual and a team player
