We're looking for a reliable, organised and detail-oriented person to join our team in our Northcote retail store. This is a varied role combining retail customer service with a strong focus on packing and dispatching online orders. Majority of the role will be order fulfilment.

Saint IV is the sister brand of our jewellery and fragrance brand, Sapphire Studios Design. In this role, you'll be responsible for fulfilling online orders for both brands. As many of our products are high-value, you'll need exceptional attention to detail and care when packing and dispatching orders.

Retail Assistant & Order Fulfilment (Part-Time)

About the Role

This is a part time position.

Hours:

- Tuesday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Thursday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am – 3:00pm

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcome and assist customers in our Northcote store.
- Pick, pack and dispatch online orders with exceptional attention to detail.
- Process sales, invoices and online orders.




- Making + packaging fragrances.
- Maintain an organised, clean and visually appealing retail space.
- Assist with stock organisation and inventory management.
- Process customer transactions accurately.
- Assist with visual merchandising and general day-to-day store operations.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

- Previous retail or customer service experience.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.

Preferred:

- Experience packing and dispatching online orders.
- Experience using Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Inventory or stock management experience.
